Franco made the first S2C chair for himself in 1955 and it remained his working chair until his death in 2022. Two long pieces make up the backrest and back legs, joined by a straight pole under the seat and a curved one mid-back. The top of the backrest is joined by a rolled leather cylinder. A single leather piece is secured with straps around the sides of the chair and the cylinder at the top. Like all his pieces, the entire chair is assembled and held together by pressure.

Dimensions & weight

22"W x 27 ¼"D x 23 ½"H

56cm x 69cm x 60cm

13 kg

Production time

6 weeks

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0663/3121/3867/files/20_ClasicosMexicanos_WebRes_RGB_PhotoByAlejandroRamirezOrozco.jpg?v=1784846548
