Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, products, and transactions provided by Hauseform. By engaging with our services, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

Scope of Services

Hauseform provides interior design services, custom millwork, furniture, lighting, and curated interior products sourced through international brands and artisans. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals where applicable.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Hauseform are valid for a limited time and are subject to change based on supplier pricing, material availability, currency fluctuations, and project scope adjustments. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order placement.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined per project or order. Deposits are required to initiate orders and production. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project delays, suspension of services, or cancellation at the discretion of Hauseform.

Lead Times & Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided as a guideline only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including manufacturing schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, and supplier timelines. Hauseform is not liable for delays caused by third-party manufacturers or logistics providers.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing and natural materials, variations in color, texture, grain, finish, and dimensions may occur. These are considered inherent characteristics and not defects.

Natural materials such as wood, stone, and marble will vary from piece to piece. For example, marble and other natural stones will always exhibit differences in veining, tone, and pattern, and no two pieces will be identical. These variations are an expected and defining characteristic of the material.

By proceeding with a purchase, clients acknowledge and accept that such variations will occur and that the final product may differ from samples, images, or previous installations. These differences are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or replacement.

Third-Party Suppliers

Hauseform works with a network of international suppliers and manufacturers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for delays, changes, or issues arising from third-party production or supply.

Installation & Site Conditions

Where installation services are provided, clients are responsible for ensuring that site conditions are ready and suitable for installation. Hauseform is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from site readiness, construction issues, or third-party contractors.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all drawings, specifications, and selections

  • Providing accurate site measurements (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Coordinating with contractors and consultants where required

Hauseform is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or unapproved information provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hauseform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to project delays, loss of use, or financial loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and materials produced by Hauseform remain the intellectual property of Hauseform unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced. Any approved cancellations prior to production may be subject to fees.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Amendments

Hauseform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
