Warranty Policy

Hauseform works with a curated network of international brands, manufacturers, and artisans. Warranty coverage for products supplied by Hauseform is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products are covered by the warranties provided by their individual manufacturers, where applicable. Warranty periods, coverage, and conditions vary by brand and product type.

Hauseform does not provide independent product warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing.

Warranty Claims

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period, Hauseform will assist the client in submitting a claim to the manufacturer or supplier.

All warranty claims must:

  • Be submitted in writing

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Include supporting documentation (photos, descriptions, etc.)

  • Be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is discovered

Resolution of claims, including repair, replacement, or other remedies, is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use, misuse, or neglect

  • Damage caused by installation errors (by third parties)

  • Damage caused by site conditions, environmental factors, or maintenance issues

  • Natural material variations (including wood, stone, and marble)

  • Modifications or alterations made after delivery

Custom and made-to-order products may have limited or no warranty depending on the manufacturer.

Installation

Where installation is provided by Hauseform, workmanship will be performed to industry standards. Any issues related to installation must be reported within 7 days of completion.

Hauseform is not responsible for installation performed by third-party contractors.

Maintenance & Care

Clients are responsible for proper care and maintenance of all products. Failure to follow recommended care guidelines may void applicable warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hauseform’s responsibility is limited to facilitating communication between the client and the manufacturer. Hauseform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects or warranty claims.

No Guarantee of Exact Match

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing and natural materials, replacement or repaired items may not be identical to the original product. Variations are not considered defects.
