Refund Policy
At Hauseform, each project and product is carefully curated and, in many cases, made to order through our network of international brands and artisans. As a result, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of the majority of our products—including cabinetry, millwork, furniture, and lighting—all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Custom or made-to-order items

Items sourced from international suppliers

Products that have entered production or have been shipped
Order Confirmation
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, finishes, dimensions, and selections prior to confirming an order. Once approval is given, the order is considered final.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, Hauseform must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement where applicable.
Deposits and Payments
All deposits are non-refundable once an order has been placed. Progress payments and final balances are also non-refundable once the corresponding project phase has commenced.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Hauseform and must be agreed upon in writing.
