Service-Specific Policies

The following policies apply to services provided by Hauseform, including interior design, custom millwork, furniture sourcing, and full interior project coordination.

Interior Design Services

Hauseform provides design services including space planning, material selection, custom furniture and millwork design, and construction documentation. Design concepts, drawings, and specifications are developed based on client input and project requirements.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design deliverables before implementation. Any revisions requested after approval may result in additional fees and adjustments to project timelines.

Custom Millwork & Cabinetry

All custom millwork and cabinetry are made to order based on approved drawings and specifications. Once drawings are approved and production has commenced, no changes can be made.

Clients are responsible for verifying all dimensions, layouts, and details prior to approval. Hauseform is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from site conditions, third-party construction, or unverified measurements unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Furniture & Lighting

Furniture and lighting products are sourced through a curated network of international brands and artisans. Availability, lead times, and specifications are subject to supplier conditions.

All selections must be reviewed and approved prior to order placement. Hauseform is not responsible for delays, discontinuations, or specification changes from manufacturers.

Project Coordination

Where Hauseform is engaged in a coordination role, we act as a liaison between clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors. While we facilitate communication and assist in coordination, we are not responsible for the performance, timelines, or workmanship of third-party contractors or trades.

Site Visits & Meetings

Site visits and meetings may be scheduled as part of the project scope. Additional visits or meetings outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

Revisions & Changes

Any changes requested after approvals, including design revisions, material changes, or scope adjustments, may result in additional costs and extended timelines. All changes must be confirmed in writing.

Procurement & Orders

Hauseform manages procurement for approved items on behalf of the client. Once orders are placed with suppliers, they are subject to the supplier’s terms and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Storage & Delivery

If required, Hauseform may assist with coordinating storage and delivery. Any associated costs, risks, or delays related to third-party storage or delivery providers are not the responsibility of Hauseform unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delays

Hauseform is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping, customs, contractors, or other third parties. Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

Communication

Clear and timely communication is essential for project success. Hauseform is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from lack of communication, delayed approvals, or incomplete information from the client or third parties.
